How do I connect my NetSuite account?
Setup takes less than 5 minutes. You create a View-Only role, generate standard Token-Based Authentication (TBA) credentials in NetSuite, and paste them into our secure web portal to generate your mobile Access Code.
Do you offer a free trial?
The mobile app is always free to download and features a built-in "Live Demo" mode so you can experience the interface. However, a paid subscription is required to generate the API credentials needed to connect your live data.
Is this live, real-time data?
NetSuite Pulse provides near real-time visibility. Because native NetSuite isn't built to push sub-second live streams to mobile devices, our servers run highly optimized queries every 10 minutes. This intentional refresh rate bypasses unpredictable API delays and ensures you get accurate, continuous updates delivered straight to your phone without dragging down your ERP's performance.
How secure is the connection to our ERP?
NetSuite Pulse is built on a zero-footprint architecture. We do not install bundles or SuiteScripts into your environment. The app connects strictly via NetSuite’s native Token-Based Authentication (TBA) using heavily restricted, read-only permissions. You maintain total control and can revoke the token from your NetSuite dashboard at any time.
