At NetSuite Pulse ("we", "us", or "our"), we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy. This application is operated by Businessance, LLC.

We collect only the information strictly necessary to provide our monitoring services:

• Account Information: Email address and encrypted password hashes.
• NetSuite Credentials: Consumer Keys and Certificates/Tokens required to query your NetSuite instance. These are stored using industry-standard encryption.
• Transactional Metadata: Aggregated counts of records (e.g., "5 Sales Orders created"). We specifically do NOT pull, transmit, or store personally identifiable information (PII) or financial line-item data from your NetSuite records.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to:

• Authenticate your access and present the Dashboard.
• Notify you about the status, health, and metadata of your NetSuite environment.
• Process your subscription payments via our third-party processor (Stripe). We do not store your credit card information on our servers.

3. Cookies and Tracking

We use minimal, essential tracking technologies (such as local storage or secure session cookies) required to keep you logged into the application and maintain your preferences. We do not use third-party tracking pixels to sell your data to advertisers.

4. Data Retention and Your Rights

We retain your encrypted credentials and metadata only for as long as your account is active. You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. To request a full account deletion and data wipe, please contact support.

5. Data Security

We have implemented robust security measures designed to secure your information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access. All connections between our servers, your mobile device, and your NetSuite instance are encrypted via SSL/TLS. However, no internet transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
